COMPLIMENTARY WINE TASTING

Our wine tastings are great places to try Spanish wines and other items with your meal. There’s no charge, or need for reservations. Simply come in at your convenience on the date between 6-9 p.m., go to the tasting table, and have our servers pour you a glass. Try a few! Find what you like. Our March date is to be announced at the moment, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted.

One of the primary tenets of Chef Emilio’s food philosophy focuses on sharing. That’s why he’s committed to holding cooking demos monthly in the fall, winter, and spring, and he rarely repeats recipes. His next one will focus on seasonal dishes, and starts at 11 a.m. Your price of $50 (plus tax and gratuity) includes a session with the master, all food, and unlimited wine. Our favorite Spanish classical guitar group is back at the Hillside location every Friday night this month! They’ll play an assortment of musical styles for your listening pleasure. It’s complimentary with your meal, so come on in and give Montage a listen. As the weather gets nicer, we’ll move the music outside! The entertainment begins around 6:30 p.m.
