PIEROLA WINES SPRING WINE DINNER

Our wine dinners are always something special, and this one, featuring the fine wines of Fernandez de Pierola, is no exception. We’ll have a reception and flamenco show at 6 p.m., followed by a five-course dinner designed to pair perfectly with wines. We’ll even have a special guest, Miguel Negrete, on hand to tell us about the wines, the winery, and how to get the most out of the flavors you’re tasting. Thursday, May 25
We’ll be hosting a divine hunter’s dinner at 6 p.m., complete with craft beer from Alter Brewing Company and Spanish wines. Cold selections for the event include Ensalada de Pato (roasted duck breast), Ensalata Russa (tuna potato sald), Vegetales Primavera (grilled veggies with sherry vinaigrette), and Trucha Ahumada (house-smoked steelhead trout). Hot selections include Empanada de Venado (Puff pastry with venison, chorizo, and veggies), Trucha al Horno (baked steelhead trout with vegetable vinaigrette), Faisan a la Parrilla (pheasant breast with wild mushrooms), Pepitos de Venado (venison mini-sliders with lingonberry sauce), Conejo a las Brasas (braised rabbit leg), Paella de Cazadores (with game meat, chorizo and vegetables), and Jabali Rostizado (whole spit-roasted, head-on, skin-on wild boar). Cost is $85 per person all-inclusive.

Our favorite Spanish classical guitar group is back at the Hillside location every Friday night this month! They’ll play an assortment of musical styles for your listening pleasure. It’s complimentary with your meal, so come on in and give Montage a listen. As the weather gets nicer, we’ll move the music outside! The entertainment begins around 6:30 p.m.
